Abstract

This paper analyzes constitutional, legal and doctrinal aspects of driving forward the coercive strategies of legal policy. Therefore, throughout the work, it was found that the coercive conduct laid down in the Criminal Procedure Code, is fully in line with basic principles of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil. He analyzed the judicial command that led to the forceful presentation of a former president, concluding the perfect legality of the procedure.
