Social Demages

Abstract

The intention with the current study is to foment the doctrinaire
debate concerning a new species of damage, the social damage, a modality that differs from what the doctrine is calling the collective moral damage. The issue will be exposed, methodologically, in sessions, which will deal about its concept, legal nature, the classification and the legitimacy to require the social damage, and, still, the quantification, the destination of the indemnity funds, the evidence and the suitability of the theory of strict liability.
